Indonesia Travel Expo 2026 – First Half: Strengthening Connections, Unlocking New Opportunities

Kicking off the year with strong momentum, the Indonesia Travel Expo (ITE) 2026 – First Half successfully gathered travel industry players in Jakarta and Surabaya. Held in April 2026, this edition marked the beginning of a new chapter in ITE’s journey, continuing its mission to foster high-quality business-to-business (B2B) connections and drive sustainable growth across the travel industry.

Jakarta Edition – Mövenpick Hotel Jakarta City Centre

The Jakarta edition was held on 6 April 2026 at the prestigious Mövenpick Hotel Jakarta City Centre, located at Jl. Pecenongan No. 7–17.

The event welcomed a diverse range of sellers representing international and domestic travel businesses, including DMCs, tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and travel technology providers. Through curated, pre-scheduled business matching sessions, sellers and Indonesian buyers engaged in focused discussions aimed at generating real business outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Surabaya Edition – Chameleon Hall, Tunjungan Plaza

Continuing the momentum, the Surabaya edition took place on 9 April 2026 at Chameleon Hall, Tunjungan Plaza, located at Jl. Embong Malang No. 25–31.

This session attracted key travel buyers from East Java and surrounding regions, reinforcing Surabaya’s strategic role as a gateway to Eastern Indonesia’s travel market. With a dynamic mix of participants, the event provided an effective platform for sellers to showcase their products and connect with potential partners in a productive B2B environment.

Driving Growth Through Collaboration

ITE 2026 – First Half demonstrated a strong start to the year, with high engagement and meaningful interactions between sellers and buyers. The dual-city format once again proved effective in maximizing exposure for sellers while giving buyers access to a wide range of quality travel products and destinations.

Both editions highlighted the growing demand for structured B2B events that deliver measurable business impact and foster long-term collaboration.

Continuing the Journey in 2026

Following the success of the first half, ITE 2026 will continue with its upcoming second edition later this year. With expanded opportunities and broader participation, Indonesia Travel Expo remains committed to supporting the travel industry through impactful networking and business growth.
